ADMISSION REQUIREMENT |

Admission to IoBM is
on a highly competitive basis. The students selected are
those who have competed successfully in their academic
careers, showing excellent results. They come from a
variety of backgrounds. Joining IoBM, the students
continue to pursue a high level of competitiveness and
professional development. The admission criteria for the
Institute’s academic programs are described below.
Admission Eligibility for Entrance
into the
BBA (Honors),
BCS, B. S. Industrial Engineering and, Management,
Joint B. S.
(Honors) in Economics and Finance/Banking,
Accountancy and
Finance/Banking - Leading to MBA Finance,
Financial
Mathematics and Statistics,
Programs are based on any one of the
following:
¨ A Higher Secondary School (HSC) Certificate
with at least 50% marks awarded by a recognized
Provincial Intermediate Board
¨‘A’ Levels with a minimum
of two Cs, in business related subjects, excluding
General Paper or an American High School Diploma
(with acceptable grades)
¨ Recognized overseas
equivalence Diploma
Plus success in Aptitude Test and Interview conducted
by IoBM
Admission Eligibility for Entrance
into the MBA Program is based on any one of the
following:
¨ A Bachelors degree in Arts, Science, Law,
Commerce, Engineering, Medicine or Pharmacy, with at
least 50% marks from HEC/Provincial Government
recognized and Institute’s approved University in
Pakistan
¨ A final qualification examination of a
professional body recognized by the University, for
example, ACMA, ACA
¨ Recognized overseas degree
Plus success in Aptitude Test and
Interview conducted by IoBM
Admission Eligibility for Entrance
into the MCS Program is based on any one of the
following:
¨ A Bachelors degree in Business
Administration, Science, Commerce, Computer Science,
Engineering or Arts, with at least 50% marks from
HEC/Provincial Government recognized and Institute’s
approved University in Pakistan
¨ Recognized overseas degree
Plus success in aptitude test and
interview conducted by IoBM

FEE STRUCTURE
|
 |
|
IoBM
is operating on a self-financing basis as a nonprofit institution.
All students are required to make a one time security deposit
of Rs.10,000 which is only refundable upon graduation. The fee
structure for various degree programs, per semester is as follows:

The summer session fee is charged
on a per credit hour basis. Convocation fee of Rs. 5,000
is charged. On completion of the degree program
inclusive of degree charges of Rs. 2,000. MBA executive
students who are planning to take less than a full load
would be charged the fee on per course basis. However,
registration fee and refundable security deposit will
remain the same.

Assistance Program |::.

IoBM has established a fund for
financial assistance for students who are unable to
afford the financial costs associated with an academic
program. The assistantships and financial assistance are
provided to students on merit cum need basis. About 15%
of the students are currently receiving some form of
financial aid.
SCHOLARSHIPS FOR
DESERVING STUDENTS
The Government of
Japan in collaboration with Higher Education Commission
(HEC) Pakistan is offering scholarships to Pakistani
University students. The objective is to provide
opportunities to talented students who cannot
financially afford higher studies.
Sixteen (16)
scholarships will be offered for a period of five (5)
years to students who are currently enrolled or desire
to get admission, both for under-graduate and graduate
programs.
