B.S.
(FOUR
YEAR)
INDUSTRIAL
ENGINEERING
AND
MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM
This
is an intensive program integrating engineering skills with managerial
know-how. The program has been designed in close consultation with leading
engineering firms. A blend of management and engineering courses make this
program distinct from other engineering courses. Another outstanding
feature is provision of on-hand training facilities in industrial units on
a continuous basis, which blends theory and practical experience. Each
final year student is required to undergo an internship of 6 to 8 weeks
with a reputable engineering firm. This close collaboration increases job
opportunities and accessibility to higher technical and managerial
positions.
Students graduating with a CGPA of 2.5
automatically qualify for MBA and MCS programs offered by IoBM. Students
can also go on to do postgraduate work in Industrial/Management
Engineering at leading international schools.
