Job Description:

The incumbent will report to Manager Purchase and responsible for high quality procurement strictly abide by rules and regulations of the Institute. Assist to develop purchase policies, procedures to support the objectives of the Department and supervise working staff to get desired output. Manage vendors and suppliers for speedy, economical and quality purchases. Should have Masters degree with at least 5 years experience in similar / supervisory capacity.
