Position:            Assistant Manager / Senior Officer

Department:      House Keeping / General Administration

Qualification:    Bachelors, preferably MBA

Experience:       Minimum 5 years of job related experience in academic institution(s)

Job Responsibilities:

Required to manage and supervise the following activities:

  • To supervise Dusting and moping of floor, offices, classrooms and other areas
  • To maintain high level of hygiene and disinfect washrooms
  • To look after all affairs of food outlets exist on the Campus
  • To supervise events taking place on campus with regards to housekeeping support
  • To process billing/invoices claimed by cafeteria & food outlets
  • To take active part in preparation of lease agreement of tenancy at the campus
