Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Institute of Business Management requires Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage the following HR functions:

Core functions of the job:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for positions in the concerned departments and areas including preparing Terms of Reference, advertising positions, scheduling interviews, sending offer letters and new employees orientation
  • Develop and ensure compliance of polices and implementation of objective based performance management would be his/her prime forte
  • Manage data for various government accreditation bodies

The incumbent will report to Senior Manager & Head of HR Department. He/She should have minimum 5 years job related experience in a supervisory or similar capacity and an MBA Degree in Human Resource from a reputed institution, excellent working knowledge of MS Office and good command over spoken and written English
