Ms Ramsha Zehra is currently working as a Lecturer in the Business Psychology Department. She has completed her MPhil in Organizational Psychology from IoBM and Bachelors in Psychology from Institute of Professional Psychology, Bahria University. She has over 4 years of teaching experience including a program that she was a part of in Izmir, Turkey. Her research areas include Education, Teaching, Emotional Well-being, Coping Strategies, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Job Demands and Resilience.
