Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • A good team player with a can-do attitude.
  • At-least 2-3 years experience in a similar role/position.

Job Description:

  • Consult HoD. HR on all matters relating to HR and extend required support in smooth and efficient running of HR Department.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of HR Record and other information pertaining to employees.
  • Develop strategies to streamline policies/procedures and ensure their compliance in consultation with the HoD, HR Department.
  • Prepare and place job advertisement.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of HR record and information pertaining to employees and their department.
  • Assist HoD, HR in issues relating to employee discipline and serve them with letters according to the Institutional rules.
  • Prepare Checklist for each process and strictly follow then to ensure that all the steps are tank care off.
  • Perform any other task as assigned by the HoD, HR.
  • Explain summary of benefits to the prospect at before the final interview.
  • Extend support in policy development and implementation to HoD, HR as and when required basis.   

Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experience in supervisory role.

 

Qualification:

MBA in HR.

A.    Industry Liaison

  • Promote the development of IoBM-Industry partnerships in support of institutional research. He/She would be developing networking databases for this purpose.
  • Link the Institute’s research community with the needs and priorities of the corporate sector.
  • Develop a mechanism for marketing research solutions to industry.
  • Look for relevant industry partners for grant applications

B. Strategy Execution

Monitor progress against ORIC’s KPIs and coordinate with Deans and faculty on the same.

C. Capacity Building

  • Organize capacity building training programs for faculty and Heads of Departments on innovation and commercialisation.
  • Ensure that such programs are aligned with the strategy
