  • Maintenance of various websites in various languages including HTML, WordPress, and ExpressionEngine (CMS).
  • Collaborate with development teams to discuss, analyze, or resolve usability issues.
  • Track, compile, and analyze website usage data.
  • Document application and website changes or change procedures.
  • Develop or implement procedures for ongoing website revision.
  • Set up or maintain monitoring tools on web servers or websites.
  • Test backup or recovery plans regularly and resolve any problems.
  • Implement updates, upgrades, and patches in a timely manner to limit the loss of service.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • At least a graduate, preferably related to Computer Science.
  • Exposure to web administration and related best practices.
  • Good with time management and organizational skills.
  • Well-versed with web development and administration.
  • A good team player with a can-do attitude.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role/position. 

Preferred:

  • Having Education industry/domain knowledge and experience.
  • Prior web administration experience in some reputable organization.

Job Description:

  • Maintain President’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Make travel arrangements for president
