Featuring a distinguished career spanning over three decades, with a notable tenure in the Pakistan Army, extensive experience in diverse industries, and a robust academic background, Lieutenant Colonel Dr. Farhan Iqbal brings a unique blend of expertise and vision to the Management and HRM department at IoBM. His leadership roles as Director of HR in the tech sector, General Manager in manufacturing, and Additional Director in real estate reflect his unwavering commitment to driving organizational excellence and personal transformation. Dr. Iqbal's specialization in mindfulness has positioned him to lead the launch of Pakistan’s groundbreaking educational mindfulness center at IoBM, aimed at fostering well-being among students, teachers, and the community. Through innovative interventions in organizational development, culture transformation, and strategic people management, he is dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in today's dynamic global landscape. Dr. Iqbal holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration/Management from the University of Karachi, an MPhil in Organizational Psychology from IoBM, an MBA in HR from IoBM, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from NUST. He has made significant contributions to academia as visiting faculty for the past ten years. Dr. Iqbal has published various articles and is writing a book for leaders.
