About

Dr. Fozia Gulab serves at IoBM as assistant professor in the department of education. She has earned PhD and MPhil in Education from Iqra University.
Dr. Gulab is self-directed, action-oriented professional with over twenty years of teaching and administrative experience at Notre Dame Institute of Education-Karachi.
Dr. Gulab is a highly motivated, enthusiastic, dedicated, goal-oriented professional who is committed to the personal and professional growth of students entrusted to her care. She is dedicated to professional ethics, standards of practice and care in education and value based education for a peaceful society as she is passionate about justice, peace, harmony, honesty and equity in the society.
Dr. Gulab is the recipient of the Director’s Award at NDIE, Endeavour Fellowship Awards-Australia, Netherlands Fellowship awards, Education Visionary Awards by Federation of Private Schools, Pakistan and Mercy Global Action Emerging Leaders Fellowship award.
Dr. Gulab has a few publications to her credit and has presented her research  at various national and international conferences. Her research interests are in the areas of moral education, values education, peace education, ethics of care, teaching pedagogies, teaching practicum and curriculum evaluation.
