Dr. Sana Alam holds a PhD Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from NED University of Engineering and Technology. She also holds BE and M.Engg degrees in Computer and Information Systems Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology. She is employed with Institute of Business Management (IoBM) as an Assistant Professor. She has been a university instructor since last eight years. She has produced multiple research papers in credible journals with high impact factors, including multiple publications in the W Category. Software engineering, blockchain technology, the internet of things, and trust and reputation management are some of her areas of expertise.
