Dr. Waqas Khuram earned his Ph.D. from the School of Economics and Management, Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), specializing in Organizational Behavior and Management Sciences. Following his doctoral studies, he worked as a Research Associate at HIT. Dr. Khuram is an Associate Editor and serving as an adhoc reviewer for several Web of Science (WoS) and SCOPUS indexed journals.
Presently, Dr. Khuram holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Management and Human Resources Department, College of Business Management (CBM), IoBM. His research covers a wide range of topics within Organizational Behavior such as leadership dynamics, energy vampires, and employee well-being. He has made significant scholarly contributions through his publications in high-impact journals.
