Kinza Zehra serves as a Senior Lecturer at IOBM (Management & HRM department) and is currently pursuing her PhD from the University of Karachi. She holds an MS in Management Sciences and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, equipping her with a solid foundation in both academic and practical aspects of business management. Her research and teaching interests span across Human Resource Management, with a particular focus on talent acquisition, employee wellbeing as well as Community Development and Social Welfare. Passionate about research, Kinza has numerous publications, showcasing her commitment to advancing knowledge and contributing to impactful solutions in her areas of expertise.
