1. You shall verify your courses/grades as well as the ledger at myIoBM through self-verification (pops up when you access the registration). If you don’t complete it, you’ll not be able to register in Summer-2025.

4. If you can't see a section which is available in the offered list and part of your roadmap as well. Check the section code prefixed as M,W,E or MWE of that particular offering. M is for morning, W is for weekend and E is for evening programs. And MWE means it is available for all the three shifts. If its available for your program but not visible to you, fill out the Form otherwise contact your program coordinator/HOD.

5. Students doing internships are not allowed to enroll in any weekday course. If they pick any weekday course along with the internship course, weekday course(s) will be dropped automatically from their portal without any further warning.

Registration Guidelines for Summer Session 2025

 

Undergraduate Programs:

1)      Students are allowed to repeat courses, but they should not exceed a maximum of 6 credit hours (2 courses).

2)      If a course is offered for remedial purposes, new students can opt for that course.

3)      Students should enroll in the courses as per the catalog and in consultation with their program coordinators.

4)       Students who dropped a course with a penalty and received a "W" grade can register for the same course in the Summer session of 2025.

Graduate Programs:

1)      Students can only take remedial courses with a maximum of 6 credit hours (2 courses).

2)      Students are not allowed to take new courses.

3)      Students should enroll in the courses as per the catalog and in consultation with their program coordinators.

4)      Students who dropped a course with a penalty and received a "W" grade can register for the remedial course in the Summer session of 2025.

 

Registration Schedule:

Summer Session 2025 is commencing on Saturday, June 14, 2025. Students are requested to register (Add/ Drop) their courses through SELF SERVICE system available at new CMS System i.e. “myIoBM”. Students are required to follow the schedule mentioned below for registration:

 

Day 1
Online Registration and Add / Drop Monday, May 19, 2025 (from 11:30 AM onwards)
·         All Bachelors Programs who left with 12 or less courses (36 or less credit hours)

 

Day 2
Online Registration and Add / Drop Tuesday, May 20, 2025 (from 11:30 AM onwards)
·         All Bachelors Programs who left with 13 to 24 courses (37 to 72 credit hours)

 

Day 3
Online Registration and Add / Drop Wednesday, May 21, 2025 (from 11:30 AM onwards)
·         All Bachelors Programs who left with 25 to 36 courses (73 to 108 credit hours)

 

Day 4
Online Registration and Add / Drop Thursday, May 22, 2025 (from 11:30 AM onwards)
·         All Bachelors Programs who left with 37 or more courses (109 or more credit hours)
·         All Masters with only ‘F’ and ‘W’ grade (6 credit hours)

1.    How can I access new portal named “myIoBM”?
To access “myIoBM” type my.iobm.edu.pk in your browser and click on “Student Portal”
2.    What is my login Id and password for myIoBM?
Your Std email ID (std_xxxxx@iobm.edu.pk) is your login ID for myIoBM and password can be reset using the ‘Forgot Password’ link available at the Student Portal login page.
3.    I am unable to login, system showing some error message. “Your Account is Invalid” 
Your id is locked for some reason like i. Disciplinary Committee ii. Not enrolled in any course from last 2 semesters iii. Below Good Standing CGPA. For this you have to contact the relevant department. You may contact student counselor for further details.

 

4.    Can I change my student portal password?

1.    My Fee Balance at “SMARTZ” does not match with “myIoBM”.
Complete the self-verification form and upload screenshot of both the ledger.
2.    How can I submit my fee at myIoBM?
Fee can be submitted via Bank Transfer, ATM, Cash Deposit (Faysal Bank Branch) to your personalized IBAN. Your IBAN is available at your ledger (navigation is “Fees >> Student Ledger”).
3.    How long does it take for my fee deposit to reflect at myIoBM.
Fee deposits are being reflected at myIoBM within a few minutes.
4.    What if my deposits are not being reflected at myIoBM even after 15-20 mins.
