IoBM alumnus have been making the institute proud by excelling in their academic pursuits and by performing with heart and soul in extracurricular activities. One such IoBM alumnus, Qazi Muhammad Zulqurnain, is making waves when it comes to achieving milestones.
Zulqurnain has been selected for a conference by Stanford University. It is titled, American Middle Eastern Network for Dialogue at Stanford (AMENDS). https://www.stanfordamends.com/about.html This Conference takes place every year and in a different country. This year it will take place in Jordan (fully-funded). The selection was based on the initiative that Zulqurnain started in 2019, which was the Youth Center for Research to promote research-driven dialogue among the youth. Previously, in October 2019, Zulqurnain selected for a Programme – Future Leaders Connect by the British Council and the University of Cambridge. Only 50 scholars were selected from 13 countries. In an appreciation email sent to the President IoBM and Executive Director, Zulqurnain wrote: “Although I had been a visiting faculty at IoBM, but I shall always prioritize my affiliation as an alumnus. I thought I should share a couple of developments with you regarding recent developments in my life.”
We congratulate Zulqurnain on achieving this feat and hope that he will continue to bring pride to IoBM and Pakistan at home and abroad.
