IoBM management distributed ration to non-management staff with support from Unity Foods



In a heartwarming display of solidarity and care, the management of the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) distributed ration packages among the non-management staff, including guards, peons, and outsourced janitorial staff. This ceremony was held at IoBM on Saturday, June 2, 2023. The ration bags included wheat, sugar, pulses and ghee.  This thoughtful initiative was made possible by Mr. Farrukh Amin, CEO, Unity Foods. a leading food producer and supplier. Mr. Amir Shehzad, COO, Unity Foods, was present on this occasion on behalf of Mr. Amin.  

Mr. Talib Karim, President IoBM, appreciated Unity Foods’ generous donation, especially in such uncertain economic times. Ms. Sabina Mohsin, Executive Director, Admissions, Administration and Finance, IoBM emphasized the importance of cultivating contentment and expressing gratitude to Allah for His abundant blessings bestowed upon us. Ms. Sabina Mohsin praised Unity Foods for the generous donation, emphasizing the significant impact it will have on supporting the non-management staff. Mr. Amir Shehzad was hopeful that such acts of kindness will have a trickle-down impact on society. Present on this occasion were Dr. Tariq Rahim Soomro, Acting Rector; Dr. Shahida Wizarat, Dean CESD; Dr. Shujaat Mubarik, Dean CBM; Dr. Nadia Ayub, Associate Dean, CESD; Brig. Dr. Muhammad Abbas, Associate Dean, CCSIS; Brig. Muhammad Mushtaq, Director Administration, and Mr. Muhammad Misbahuddin, Head of the HR Department.
