The Department of Communication and Languages at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) organized a “Symposium on Reading: A Personal Journey” with the theme, “Read and Grow – Reading Makes a Person Succeed” on Thursday, April 05, 2018 at the IoBM Auditorium. Invited as guests were Mr. Abbas Hussain, Director Teachers Development Center; Mr Simon Glasson, Principal, City School, PAF Chapter, Karachi and Professor Haroon Rashid, Chairperson PACC. Besides the presence of Dr. Syed Irfan Hyder, Dean CBM and CES; Mr. Sheikh Muhammad Irfan, Assistant Professor Communication Skills, the event was largely attended by IoBM faculty and students.
