IoBM Girls Throwball Team emerged as the third-place winners at the 7th Student Olympic Games 2023. They were organized by the Pakistan Students Olympic Association and were held from September 22 - 24th, 2023.
IoBM was among the various teams that participated in the Games. During the pool match, IoBM defeated TMUC. IoBM faced Karachi University in the semi-final. After a closely contested match, IoBM lost to Karachi University with the following scores: First set 15-11 (won), Second set 13-15 (lost), and Third set 16-17 (lost).

Undeterred by the semi-final setback, IoBM came back stronger in the match for the 3rd Position against Greenwich University. With unwavering determination and an unyielding spirit, IoBM secured the 3rd position in the 7th Student Olympic Games 2023.
