IoBM’ SWAT brings you the opportunity to become a part of our Act of Kindness campaign by donating generously. You can also join us physically and see for yourself the smiles that your donations bring on the faces of people where the distribution will be done.

So far, we have been to Landhi and Katti Pahari, and Awami Colony Landhi. We have distributed about 50 ration bags to the families and 770 iftar boxes to the people. In Awami colony, we also sponsored a water boring/well in order to help the local population gain access to drinkable water. On Sunday, June 26, SWAT along with the management of IoBM made a trip to Lasbela in Baluchistan. We were accompanied by Mam Sabina Mohsin, Sir Maqbool and Mr. Taha Saleem. In Baluchistan, we distributed almost 200 ration bags to poor and needy.

Also, on Thursday June 30, we will be visiting Gills Old Age Home in Baloch Colony along to have an iftari with the residents.

The last week our Ramazan Drive 2016, will include conducting ifatri on the roads in areas like Kayummabad, Orangi Town, Soldier Bazaaar, Saddar etc.

The donations were collected in the following categories:

1. Iftari Distribution – The Iftar per person is for Rs.100/- which includes a variety of items.
2. Ration Package Distribution- which comprises of all basic food items such as Pulses, Rice, Cooking Oil, Spices, Tea and Sugar, only for Rs. 1900/-
3. Acts of Kindness donations : These donations (includes non monetary and monetary donations) will be used for various Acts of Kindness like visiting old age home, visiting an orphanage, for eidi and eid clothes distribution etc.
