On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, the Entrepreneurship and Management Excellence Center (EMEC) at the Institute of Business Management (IoBM) hosted a one-day workshop on Sindh Labour Laws and Updates. Dr. Afaq Qazi, Assistant Professor, IoBM was the resource person.
There are significant changes in the previous labor laws, therefore, it is important for the companies to understand and get updated especially with regards to the latest legal position of the contract outsourced employee in view of Supreme Court judgments & amendments. The participants of this workshop were representatives from Dr. Essa Labs, English Biscuits and K-Electric.
